SANPAR have a wide range of products such as Xeros Dryer, Desiccant air dryer, Coalescing Filters and Many more.
SANPAR Dryers and Filters are preferred product in cement industry, we thrive on manufacturing and designing robust systems suited for dusty environments making the pure compressed air for construction.
We also specialize customized thermal solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of cement industry. we can provide the right solution to meet your requirements.
Why Air Dryers in Cement Industry
Air dryers are essential in the cement industry for controlling moisture, improving energy and process efficiency, and maintaining cement quality by removing moisture from compressed air to prevent corrosion, reduce energy consumption, improve system performance, and ensure consistent product quality.
Application of Dryers & Filters in Cement Industry
- Drying of Raw Materials -Raw materials such as limestone, clay, and shale need to be dried before they can be used in the cement production process. This is typically achieved using rotary dryers, which are large cylindrical vessels that rotate while hot air is blown through them. The hot air dries the raw materials, reducing their moisture content to a suitable level for processing.
- Drying of Finished Cement -After the cement is produced, it is typically dried to remove excess moisture before it is stored or transported. This is usually done using a vertical roller mill (VRM), which uses hot gases to dry the cement as it is ground.
- Dust Collection -Cement production generates a lot of dust, which can be harmful to workers and the environment. Dust collectors, such as bag filters or electrostatic precipitators (ESPs), are used to capture and remove this dust from the air.
- Gas Conditioning-Before it can be used in the production process, the hot gases generated by the kiln must be cooled and cleaned. This is typically done using a gas conditioning tower, which cools the gases and removes any excess moisture or particulate matter.
- Clinker Cooling -After the clinker is produced in the kiln, it needs to be cooled before it can be ground into cement. This is usually achieved using a grate cooler, which uses a stream of air to cool the clinker as it passes through a series of grates.
