Moisture Separator

Moisture Separators

High - efficiency removal of bulk water from compressed air

Protect downstream equipment by eliminating condensate at the source.

High Separation Efficiency (>99%)Removes bulk moisture effectively
Low Pressure DropMaintains system efficiency and reduces energy loss
Compact DesignEasy to install in existing systems
Maintenance - Free OperationNo moving parts → long service life
Robust ConstructionAluminium die - cast, corrosion - resistant body
Flexible Drain OptionsCompatible with manual and automatic drains
Why It Matters

Protects Equipment

Prevents water damage in dryers, filters, and machinery.

Improves Dryer Efficiency

Reduces load on downstream dryers.

Enhances Air Quality

Minimizes water carryover.

Reduces Maintenance

Less strain on filters and drains.

How It Works

Compressed air enters the separator and is forced into a centrifugal motion, causing water droplets to separate from the air stream.

The separated condensate collects at the bottom and is discharged through a drain system, ensuring only dry air moves downstream.

SANPAR moisture separator cutaway showing centrifugal water separation
1

Wet Air Inlet

Moist compressed air enters the separator

2

Centrifugal Separation

Air is forced into centrifugal motion, separating water from the air

3

Condensate Collection

Separated water collects at the bottom

4

Automatic Drainage

Water is discharged through the drain system

5

Dry Air Outlet

Clean, dry air moves to downstream equipment
